Maintenance service

The Maintenance Service is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of the building. It manages a wide range of tasks, including preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities, as well as coordinating internal moves, electrical repairs, and addressing security alerts. The department strives to provide quick and effective solutions for any infrastructure-related needs within the Institute of Neurosciences.

Services provided:

• General building maintenance.
• Inspection and repair of infrastructure: HVAC systems, water, air, and gas installations, refrigeration equipment, electrical panels, fire safety systems, alarms, etc.
• Minor repairs and maintenance work.
• Resolution of incidents due to breakdowns and/or user requests.
• Coordination of internal moves for furniture and equipment.
• Direct contact and collaboration with the UMH Infrastructure Service at the San Juan de Alicante campus, as well as with external companies providing services at the Institute of Neurosciences.
• Management of building and facility access control.
