The Purchasing and Warehouse department is responsible for managing the efficient supply of office and laboratory material for the institute’s internal users. With a focus on optimising resources and meeting operational needs, the team is responsible for the acquisition, storage and distribution of the different products, contributing to the smooth running of daily activities within our centre.
Services:
- Requesting prices, quotes, negotiating discounts with suppliers.
- Providing information to users about material, catalogues and commercial houses.
- Receiving goods, materials and supplies.
- Managing, monitoring, controlling and delivering orders to users.
- Using Elfos software as a logistics tool.
- Maintaining the computerised catalogue and processing online orders through the centre’s intranet.
- Maintaining warehouse stock.
- Managing external and internal orders.
