Brain Awareness Week, 8-12 March 2027

• On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons, Brain Awareness Week will be open to the public from 5 to 7 pm.

The Institute for Neurosciences, a joint center of Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) and the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), is once again organizing its much-anticipated Brain Awareness Week. This open-days event aims to promote and raise awareness of basic research into the central nervous system, showing the general public the direction brain research is taking and, above all, how this research is carried out.

The event takes place in the Francisco Javier Balmis building on the UMH Sant Joan d’Alacant Campus.
