This year our annual retreat for the Department of Developmental Neurobiology was held on 2019 February 18-19 at the beautiful location of El Albir in Alicante. More than 75 scientists and staff from the Department of Developmental Neurobiology and two invited speakers, Dr. Konstantin Khodosevich of the BRIC Institute of the University of Copenhagen (Denmark) and Dr. Bernhard Payer of the CRG, Barcelona (Spain), participated in seminars, round tables, poster sessions and social events. This year was the V Annual Retreat and was organized by Postdocs and PhD students with the mission of fostering and developing collaborations, strengthening relationships among department members and improving and expanding skills and resources. The retreat ended with a series of suggestions and objectives for next year's retreat. To see more of what happened in the retreat, see the gallery below.
